If the ordered work has not yet been published, the order will be reserved if possible. We reserve the right to make price changes to the approximate figures. In the case of works that are already out of print, you have the option of canceling your order or making a reservation for a possible reprint or new edition. In any case, you will be informed immediately if an item is not available. Advance payments will be refunded immediately in the event of non-delivery. The shipping costs to end customers in Germany are € 3.60. For deliveries abroad, the shipping fee is € 3.60. The shipping costs may vary depending on Deutsche Post’s shipping regulations or the weight of the parcel. The shipping costs for serial deliveries and subscriptions shall be borne by the recipient. The publishing works delivered remain the property of the publishers until the purchase price has been paid in full. Invoices are due immediately, unless otherwise agreed. Payments are to be made without deduction to one of the accounts of Sigloch Distribution GmbH & Co KG stated on the invoice. |

As a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you are no longer bound by your order if you cancel within a period of 2 weeks after receipt of the goods. The revocation does not have to contain a reason and can be made in writing (an e-mail to verlagservice@lila-logistik.com is sufficient) or by returning the items at our risk. Please select the cheapest shipping method (usually book shipment) and stamp the shipment sufficiently to avoid penalty postage. We do not accept unstamped or insufficiently stamped items.
If you return damaged or worn goods, the legally permissible amount will be deducted; you can avoid this by simply inspecting the goods as you would have been able to do in a store, for example, and returning them without signs of use and in their original packaging.
We will cover the cost of returning the goods if the value of your order exceeds 40 euros.
There is no right of revocation for reprints and data carriers that have been produced on behalf of the customer, nor for services that have been transmitted online (e.g. digital book content).
